It turns out that limiting our consumption of processed sugary foods and caffiene can make a huge difference to our anxiety levels…

Within a couple of days you should feel less ‘crazy’ AND – bonus – if your body moves slow, you’ll make it to the toilet without pissing your pants 97% of the time – unless that’s just Debby and Marie?!

Reducing caffeine and sugar is not so tricksy these days, there are plenty of decent decaf coffees & teas, sweeteners and lactose-free alternatives available on the supermarket shelves if ‘nettle’ tea is not for you.
